Life can get overwhelming, especially with *gestures to everything *. Maybe you know something needs to change but you’re not sure what or where to even begin. Maybe you keep repeating painful patterns. Maybe you are constantly activated by difficult memories and unhelpful narratives. If you’re feeling stuck, activated way too often, anxious, confused, or weighed down by patterns you can’t quite name, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help.

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth, and holistic approach to therapy. That means we’ll look at your whole self, mind, body, nervous system, and story. I use tools like EMDR (a powerful somatic method that goes deeper than traditional talk therapy), ACT, and ERP to help you move through trauma, release old beliefs, and reconnect with your inner compass. You already carry wisdom and resilience within you; therapy is a space where we can tap back into that together.

I work especially well with people who feel a bit outside the box like queer folks, creatives, healers, those walking nontraditional paths, and folks in the midst of deep personal shifts. Whether you’re dealing with burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just trying to find your purpose in a chaotic world, I’m here to dig into this work with you.

My work is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and sex/body-positive. Together, we’ll challenge unhelpful patterns, build real-life skills, and create space for authenticity and healing from the bottom up and the top down. At the end of the day, therapy is about connection, relationship to self and others, and connecting with what matters to you. If the vibe fits, maybe we should work together to help get you where you want to be.

I work with clients in the Atlanta area in person and virtually and anywhere in Georgia virtually. My office is in Little Five Points (free parking is located onsite in addition to on the street). It’s not always easy to reach out, but if you’re ready, I’m here.

My practice always is and always will be LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, body-positive, and anti-racist. In our work together, we will always consider the systems in which you exist and how those impact your experiences. YES, capitalism, patriarchy, and oppressive systems impact you - let’s talk about it.

My approach is holistic, meaning that in our collaborative work we will consider your mind, body, values, communities, past, present, future, and the interrelated systems that impact you. Certain issues I love working with are:

Anxiety and Perfectionism: over-thinking, negative thought cycles, and the belief of being “not good enough”

Self-Connection: confidence, purpose, self-worth, identity, values

Complex Trauma including relationship and attachment trauma

LGBTQIA+ issues and identity exploration

Creatives: artists and creatively driven folks

About Me

I understand the feeling of being anxious, stuck, unmotivated, lost, and uncertain about life. I've been on this journey myself and feel honored to meet my clients where they are on their journies. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in several industries, including service, design, wellness, and nonprofit. Although I have called Atlanta home for years, I'm originally from South Florida and have lived in Alaska, Colorado, Europe, and Australia.

Through my own personal struggles with mental health, anxiety, and perfectionism, I discovered the healing power of therapy and holistic approaches. I've also felt and studied how the systems we exist in, such as our communities, social structures, and institutions, impact us and our mental health profoundly. I believe that there is nothing wrong with you and that it’s amazing that you've taken this step towards changing your experience of life.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and have also completed additional training to offer EMDR, which is one of the most effective holistic therapeutic approaches backed by science. Currently, I'm pursuing full clinical licensure while working under supervision. When I'm not with clients, I enjoy time with my favorite people and my pets, good food, live music, travel, and engaging in whatever hobby has me hooked at the moment (right now it’s sewing).

“We need to learn how to practice love such that care – for ourselves and others – is understood as political resistance and cultivating resilience.”
